All BC Designs Products are delivered FREE to standard UK addresses. If you live outside the UK or in the Highlands and Islands, please get in touch for a shipping quote

BCDesigns baths are delivered on pallets and are delivered kerbside to the ground floor of the delivery address. The delivery driver will have a pallet truck to wheel the pallet as close to your property as possible, but cannot traverse steps, grass or gravel. The driver will not assist with lifting products into your property.

Please check all items on delivery. Report any immediate damage on the delivery note when signing and report to us within 24 hours.
