For those who like something a little bit different BC Designs offer a bath painting service on their traditional roll-top baths, both Copper and Acrylic. They recommend Farrow and Ball and Little Greene Paint Company colours in an eggshell finish. If you would like to choose your own paint colour to match your scheme then it must be available in an Exterior eggshell finish and fit for purpose. Please note that they do not use gloss paint.

In addition to these paint ranges, they can also offer to paint your bath in a choice of RAL Classic colours or British Standard colours. Please contact us to check the suitability on any of the above.

 

BC Designs mechanically key the bath first and then coat the bath with a water based  primer/sealer. The bath is then painted using a roller with 3 or more coats of the chosen paint colour.

Please be aware that this is not an exact representation of colours available, just a guide. Make sure that you view a sample before ordering – most paint manufacturers will offer a sample book on their website.

Please note that they do not offer a painting service on other branded baths.

Copper Finishes

BC Designs have a range of hand crafted Copper baths, available painted, as above, or available in a range of different metal finishes, From a stunning polished Copper Interior and exterior, to Brass, and even Nickel or Tin. Please note that Copper is a Living Finish* baths need to be regularly maintained and waxed every few weeks to maintain an untarnished finish.
